During one of our exercises in the studio I took this photo of the sun barely visible between two trees. After taking this photo I wondered the different ways one would be able to perceive the same image using different lenses. This lead me to wonder how AI would perceive this image. How an inorganic consciousness would perceive something organic, something natural. I had an image bot recreate the image. After it did so, I had it recreate the image 4 more times. Leading to the final image. A long pathway surrounded by forrest. I then gave all of the images to ChatGPT and asked it to interpret them. The quotes you see are its interpretation

Chat GPT assumed unprompted that these images were all from the same building. Shot/made at different perspectives and at different times during the buildings construction.

When asked which photos where shot/made first ChatGPT responded with the following order:

I asked ChatGPT to describe in the best way possible how these photos made it "feel":

Photo 1. Evokes everyday calm with a hint of disruption

Photo 2. Evokes a more refined, almost solemn beauty

Photo 3. Evokes quiet reverence

When asked which photo hit the most emotionally, it said the second one.
